Question to the esteemed audience: We are in need of an engine for an online store that would enable us to implement the following functionalities:

• Online CRM - a place to store order and customer data.
• User-friendly registration process - no mandatory registration required for purchases.
• Integration with social networks.
• Strong SEO capabilities.
• Integration with ya.market.
• Integration with various payment systems.
• Mail processing via incident tracker systems.
• Ability to handle post-sale orders (such as periodic product servicing).

It is evident that finding a solution that fulfills all these requirements out of the box is unlikely, but I am interested in hearing about your experiences and advice.

I have been considering phpshop, but I am still undecided.

While phpshop is an option worth considering, there are several other popular and reliable e-commerce engines that might better suit your needs. Some of these include:

1. WooCommerce: A widely used WordPress plugin that provides extensive customization options and integrates well with various payment systems.
2. Shopify: A user-friendly platform with robust CRM tools and seamless integration with social networks.
3. Magento: A powerful and scalable open-source solution that offers advanced SEO capabilities and supports integration with multiple payment gateways.
4. OpenCart: A lightweight and flexible e-commerce engine that provides a user-friendly registration process and supports integration with various payment systems.
5. PrestaShop: A feature-rich e-commerce platform known for its strong SEO capabilities and easy integration with ya.market and social networks.

It would be beneficial to assess the specific requirements and priorities of your online store before making a decision. Additionally, consider researching customer reviews, consulting with experts or developers, and reviewing the documentation and support available for each option. Ultimately, the right choice will depend on your unique needs and preferences.

Here are a few more e-commerce engines worth considering:

3. Ecwid: An easy-to-use and versatile platform that allows you to add an online store to your existing website or social media channels.
4. nopCommerce: An open-source e-commerce platform that offers a wide range of features, including CRM tools, social media integration, and flexible payment system options.
5. 3dcart: A comprehensive e-commerce platform known for its robust CRM features, SEO optimization, and various integration options.

few more e-commerce engines you can consider for your online store:

Bitrix requires good hosting due to its bulkiness. Additionally, some of the code in Bitrix is closed by Zend, making it impossible to modify.

On the other hand, Prestashop appears to be the best option among common platforms. It meets all your requirements and offers a wide range of both free and paid modules.

I cannot guarantee the same level of performance for Ya.market and mail processing, but my personal preference would be Bitrix.
Although some may have different opinions, if you do not require extensive customization (which can be a challenging task), Bitrix will function smoothly. Moreover, it offers seamless integration with payment systems with just a few clicks.
