I have experience teaching React.js and have worked with PHP and Laravel in the past. I came across a statement on this forum that suggests SPA does not contribute to SEO progress.
 
However, I am faced with a predicament. Should I develop a large web application using the SPA approach or stick to traditional methods such as PHP + framework (or pure PHP)? As search engine optimization is crucial to me, if there is no way to improve SEO for SPA applications, I may have to abandon the idea of a one-page application.

As someone without much experience in this area, I would appreciate an objective opinion from those who are knowledgeable.
