To upgrade our old local analog PBX with a VoIP system, I am considering the choice between local and web hosting. We have an office with 30 employees and three remote workers located in different locations, and all employees have the flexibility to work from home.

My inclination is towards a web hosting system due to its ease of maintenance and lower upfront costs. As we frequently use cloud services, I find it a suitable solution for our business needs.
