Hey everyone, I'm new to this group and I was wondering if you could help me out. Can anyone recommend a VoIP provider that offers inbound calls for $0.004?
Thank you!

In the past, our company utilized Cisco Unity with Verizon and AT&T. Currently, we use RingCentral Enterprise in conjunction with Cisco phones.
Although their SMB plans appear to be comparable to the Enterprise experience, they charge a flat rate per line rather than per minute.

There are several VoIP service providers that you may want to look into for competitive pricing—always bearing in mind that your unique requirement may lead to different price ranges. Here are a few recommendations:

Twilio: They provide a robust and scalable APIs for voice that can be used for inbound and outbound calls globally. The pricing can be quite flexible.

Flowroute: Flowroute is another VoIP service provider known for its good service and decent pricing.

VoIP.ms: Known for its affordability and flexible pricing structure, VoIP.ms offers a wide range of services including inbound calls.

RingCentral: While potentially pricier, they provide a very robust and comprehensive service that also includes inbound calls.

8x8: A well-known provider that leans more towards business services. It might be slightly above your mentioned scope, but they're worth mentioning.

Avoxi: A global VoIP provider with competitive rates and reliable services.

It is always important to look at the total cost of ownership (TCO), which includes not just the per-minute call costs, but also setup charges, monthly fees, and the cost for any additional features or services you might need.

Few more options:

Nexmo/Vonage API: Nexmo and Vonage are now one company, and they offer reliable services for both inbound and outbound calls. Their pay-as-you-go system can be quite attractive if your use case has variable demand.

Plivo: Similar to Twilio, offering APIs for voice and SMS. They also work on a pay-as-you-go basis, and their prices are quite competitive.

Telnyx: Another strong choice with flexible APIs, providing call control, global numbers, and telephony data.

Skype: Although often considered for personal use, Skype does also offer business options that are versatile and can be quite cost-effective.

Bandwidth: They offer a comprehensive range of VoIP services. They are enterprise-focused and provide APIs for voice, messaging, and 911 services.

DID Logic: They offer services including SIP trunking, DID numbers, and deliver VoIP to PSTN connectivity in local markets worldwide. Their pricing can also be quite competitive.

Broadvoice: Broadvoice is a privately held telecommunications company that specializes in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, providing hosted voice and data products.

Mitel: Mitel has a comprehensive portfolio of services that could match your business needs, including unified communications solutions, VoIP services, and contact center applications.

Ooma: Ooma offers a VoIP solution that includes features like a virtual receptionist, extension dialing, conferencing, and much more.

CallHippo: CallHippo offers virtual phone solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Lingo: Lingo provides nationwide IP-based network services to SMBs, consumers, carriers, and resellers.

Yeastar: They offer S-Series VoIP PBX for inbound and outbound calls and other communication services.

Dialpad: Known for its AI capabilities, Dialpad offers voice, video, messages, and meetings across your existing devices.

Cost can be influenced by various factors, such as the country you're in, the plan you select, any additional features, the size of your business, and the volume of calls you're planning to handle, so prices could be higher or lower than the $0.004 value you're aiming for. Be sure to check with each provider to get accurate and up-to-date pricing.
