I ain't no fan of those big, corporate hosting services. They'll sell you the moon if they think they can make a buck off it. But, if you're dead set on goin' that route, I suppose you could look into DigitalOcean or Vultr. They've got data centers all over the place, including in your neck of the woods. But remember, you're payin' for the brand name, not necessarily the best service.

If you're lookin' for somethin' a bit more... local, so to speak, you might wanna check out some of the smaller providers in the region. There's this outfit called "UzDataCenter" in Uzbekistan. They seem to know their stuff, and they're not tryin' to charge you an arm and a leg. In Kazakhstan, you might wanna take a look at "DataLine". They've been around for a while and seem to have a decent reputation.

Now, let's talk about these extra IPs you're after. Most providers will charge you an arm and a leg for each one. But, if you're savvy, you can find ways around it. Some providers offer "IP upgrades" that'll give you a bigger range of IPs for a lower cost. And, if you're really feelin' adventurous, you can look into using a service like "IPVanish" or "NordVPN" to get more IPs. But, that's a whole 'nother can of worms, if you ask me.

And one more thing, before you go off and start configurin' your proxy server, make sure you know what you're doin'. The last thing you wanna do is set up a proxy server that ends up causin' more trouble than it's worth. So, do your homework, and for the love of all that's holy, don't go spamin' or doin' any other shady stuff with it.
