Greetings!

I am interested in establishing a small online store, more for personal use than for actual sales. Although I am not familiar with web programming.

My requirements include: registration, diverse product categories, filters, sorting, shopping cart, ordering system, delivery and payment options, option to link with payment systems, commenting feature, and a database for tracking inventory (although this is not currently needed).

My queries are as follows:
1) Can all these features be created using ucoz?
2) Alternatively, can opencart be used?
3) Additionally, could you suggest any affordable and reliable hosting services and domain selling sites? This area is quite unfamiliar to me.

Thank you for your time and anticipated assistance.

If you lack experience with the internet and don't want to learn, follow Alexufo's advice.
But if you want to fully understand how it works, consider using opencart as it has many pre-existing solutions and a helpful community.

As for getting started, free hosting on hostinger with a free third-level domain is an option, but not recommended for pre-made sites - though it is suitable for testing purposes.

If you are inexperienced, I strongly suggest checking out shopcms as their cms store is the simplest one I've encountered. It's as easy as putting on a slipper - simply log in to the admin panel, add products, payment methods, and everything will work smoothly.
The only requirement is hosting with Zend support, which you can get directly from them if the price is right for you.

Opencart can also be used but it requires some level of experience. Glitches and problems may arise that can be fixed quickly, but sometimes it involves manual database requests or php file fixes. These solutions may seem simple, but without experience, it can take a while to understand.

Opencart provides a wide range of pre-designed templates that are both free and paid, tailored to your needs. Simply customizing a pre-existing template will suffice.

1) uCoz is a website builder that provides a user-friendly interface for creating websites with various features. It offers a flexible platform that allows for the setup of registration, diverse product categories, filters, sorting, and a functional shopping cart. The platform also supports an ordering system and provides options for customizable delivery and payment methods. uCoz offers integration with popular payment systems, and you can incorporate a commenting feature to engage with your customers. However, while it provides a strong foundation for an online store, it may not have a built-in inventory tracking system, although this may not be a critical requirement at present.

2) OpenCart is an open-source e-commerce platform that offers extensive features for building an online store. It provides a robust framework for managing diverse product categories, implementing advanced filtering and sorting options, and creating a seamless shopping cart experience for your customers. OpenCart also includes a comprehensive ordering system and supports integration with various payment gateways, allowing for smooth transaction processing. Additionally, it comes with a built-in commenting system and includes inventory tracking capabilities, which can be beneficial for future growth and management of your store.

3) When it comes to hosting services and domain registration, it's essential to choose a reliable and affordable provider. Look for hosting services that offer high uptime, strong customer support, and server locations that align with your target audience. Some reputable hosting providers that offer these qualities include Bluehost, SiteGround, and A2 Hosting. For domain registration, consider factors such as transparent pricing, domain management tools, and additional services like privacy protection. GoDaddy, Namecheap, and Google Domains are popular choices for domain registration, each offering a range of domain-related services to support your online presence.

Both uCoz and OpenCart can meet your requirements for establishing an online store, and there are numerous hosting and domain service providers available to support your venture. As a web designer, I recommend carefully evaluating your specific needs and considering the scalability of the platforms and services you choose to ensure a successful and sustainable online store.
