Hello team!

I am searching for hosting services, and it's crucial that the site loading speeds are fast. Which hosting provider handles this well?

SiteGround - they're a popular choice among webmasters, and for good reason. Their servers are optimized for speed, with a focus on using the latest technologies like SSD drives, PHP 7, and HTTP/2. They also offer a free CDN and a caching plugin to further boost performance. I've personally used SiteGround for several projects, and I can attest to their impressive loading speeds.

Another provider that's worth mentioning is WP Engine. As a managed WordPress hosting specialist, they've optimized their platform for speed and performance. They use a combination of caching, CDN, and a custom-built platform to deliver fast loading speeds. Plus, their support team is top-notch, and they're always available to help with any performance-related issues.

I'd also like to give a shout-out to Kinsta, a relatively new player in the hosting market. They're a managed WordPress hosting provider that's built on top of Google Cloud Platform, which means they can leverage Google's infrastructure for fast loading speeds. They also offer a free CDN, caching, and a custom-built platform to further boost performance.

Last but not least, I'd recommend checking out Cloudways, a cloud hosting provider that offers a range of plans on top of popular cloud infrastructure providers like AWS, Google Cloud, and DigitalOcean. They offer a free CDN, caching, and a custom-built platform to boost performance, and their support team is always available to help with any issues.

In terms of specific numbers, here are some rough estimates of the average loading speeds for each provider:

SiteGround: 300-500 ms
WP Engine: 200-400 ms
Kinsta: 200-400 ms
Cloudways: 300-600 ms

Keep in mind that these are rough estimates, and actual loading speeds can vary depending on a range of factors, including the type of website, traffic, and server configuration.

if its a simple HTML webpage, thats one thing. But if its a full blown e-commerce site, thats a whole differnt story, ya know? And whats the geolocation of the site?

What's the usual TTFB on your website these days? Try opening robots.txt or any image to check its TTFB. It might not be the hosting causing the slowdowns, but rather the sites themselves and their optimization. You might want to consider switching to a VDS, so the resources are dedicated and then work on optimizing them. Otherwise, you could end up just shifting your sites around with no real improvement.
