Title: .CO Registry Fails to Renew Premium Domains
Post by: Fan_Tema on Jun 22, 2023, 07:29 AM
Hi there,

I'm looking for a way to reach the .CO Registry by phone, email or through an employee who can assist me. Recently, I renewed some of my domains through Epik but they were not actually renewed and will soon become available again. These are premium domains that will have a high premium price once they become available to others. I want to contact the CO Registry to reserve these domains for myself and work out a solution. I do have receipts from Epik proving that I paid for the renewals on time, back in December.

It's extremely urgent that I contact the CO Registry as soon as possible. While they have many employees, I cannot seem to find a general phone number or specific contact person. This situation is very frustrating and I hope to receive a quick response or private message. Thank you!

Would it be beneficial to complete the ICANN form? While I had a negative experience contacting them previously, they may still consider your specific situation and provide assistance.

As for the names, have they already been transferred to Epik or are they close to being permanently deleted?

One option is to visit their official website and look for a "Contact" or "Support" page where you may find relevant contact information or a form to submit your inquiry. Alternatively, you can try searching online for any publicly available contact details or support forums related to the .CO Registry.

You mentioned having receipts from Epik, so it might be worth reaching out to Epik's customer support to see if they can assist in resolving the issue with your domain renewals. They may have a direct line of communication with the .CO Registry or be able to guide you in the right direction.

To reach the .CO Registry, try their official support email at support@centralnic.com.
They handle registry operations. For urgency, use 'urgent' in your subject line. Alternatively, tweet @DotCO, their official handle. Mentioning unrenewed premium domains might grab their attention. For direct contact, try their COO, Juan Diego Calle, at juan@centralnic.com, but expect a slower response.
