Hey everyone! Let me introduce you to a great cloud hosting provider called kamatera.com. They have servers located in various regions including the eastern and southern parts of the United States, most of Europe and in China.

What makes them stand out? First and foremost, they offer an excellent starter package with 30-day trial period which includes 1TB storage, 1TB traffic, and customizable server configurations that are no different from their paid plans. Additionally, their servers offer up to 526 GB of RAM, 4 TB of free space, 4 IPs, and a powerful CPU.

All of this comes at a very reasonable cost, ranging from $19-100 per month or $0.026 per hour. Not to mention, their server is fully customizable to meet your specific needs.

Absolutely right!

According to hostadvice.com, this cloud service is ranked 5th in their ranking. However, the starter package does have a low RAM of 1TB. But you can always opt for more RAM at a higher price.

Plus, they offer some gifts such as the Fastest Cloud VPS with Guaranteed Dedicated Resources. You also have the flexibility to run any Windows and Linux operating system with over a hundred image options available.

And if that's not enough, they have 13 data centers spread across four continents around the world to ensure faster and more stable access to your server.

So, I completed the registration process and created a virtual server. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience as it was convenient and fast. However, there was one issue that I encountered.

Initially, kamatera was marked as DMCA-ignored hosting, but during my conversation with their support team, I was informed that such a function is not provided, citing relevant clauses from the user agreement.

I believe that this needs to be clarified and addressed, and perhaps kamatera may need to be removed from the corresponding Hostadvice section to avoid any confusion or misinterpretation.

Personally, I'm a big fan of "Clodo" cloud hosting. Based on my personal testing experience, the performance is quite impressive - with a website load time of only 67 hundredths of a second and a data transfer rate of 11 MB per second.

But what really sets Clodo apart is their exceptional technical support and guidance. For example, when there was a downtime of 1.5 hours due to human error, they promptly reimbursed affected customers including myself for the monthly cost of our fees.

In terms of ownership, the Clodo.RU trademark belongs to IT House LLC with TIN 7804416160, located at St. Petersburg, st. Kalyazinskaya, house 7. They have been providing hosting services since 2010.

Our experiences with the server hosting provider kamatera.com may differ, but I wouldn't necessarily consider it to be a top-tier option. While they offer many different types of hosting services such as VPS and Cloud hosting, and you have full control over your server's settings, they market themselves mainly towards business people.

One of the major drawbacks with kamatera.com is their hourly payment option, rather than the typical monthly payments which many other hosting providers offer. While this might work for some, it can be a disadvantage for others. Additionally, the pricing model can be quite expensive, starting from $109 per month or $0.11 per hour (for 500 GB SSD, 1 GB RAM, and 1 GB/month traffic).

In all honesty, a standard configuration may cost about $180 per month - which is considerably high compared to other options available in the market, particularly in Europe.

Is this hosting suitable for a website that provides services? For example, if I want to sell my design services. I will need to post my finished work, examples of work and an order form. Will 1TB of storage be enough for me?

When comparing cloud hosting to shared hosting, there are numerous advantages such as better security, more extensive data processing and increased reliability. However, is this host provider suitable for any website hosting service?

It's worth noting that while cloud hosting has a higher price point compared to shared hosting, it does come packed with many benefits such as no upfront capital expenditure, stronger data protection, high availability and disaster recovery features, improved scalability, simplified data storage and overall cost-effectiveness when building applications and websites.

In my opinion, this hosting provider should suffice for most website hosting needs - but it ultimately depends on the specific requirements of your website or application. It's important to weigh out the pros and cons and select a hosting type that suits your needs and budget most effectively.
