Bacloud.com offers a free service which includes a feature of free server reboot, screen reading, and the mobility of external devices like CDROM, KVMIP, adapters, etc. IP-KVM is available on request, along with the option to replace/ add a hot-swappable hard drive and hot and cold replaceable power supplies. The customer is responsible for the costs of the initial server installation and cabinet cabling. The server must fit into a rack with all mounting components and support IPMI. The price of remote hands is 50 euros per hour.

There are several placement plans which come with features like port speed, total traffic, power, and cooling. The cheapest plan is 69 euros per month for one server up to 2U and includes PDU, shelves/wiring, and remote integration for 1 hour/month. The other plans are more expensive but offer higher port speeds and more remote work hours per month. The most expensive, full shelf 40u plan is 999 euros/month and includes 10Gbps port speed, 100,000 GB of total traffic, and 3 hours of remote work per month.
