There was a noticeable difference even when it was just around +-100 rubles per subscriber.
While Microsoft's offerings for the Linux platform may not be very satisfying and have limited distro options, they perform well for Windows usage. However, the cost of subscription is higher due to Microsoft's inclusion of the Windows server in it.
It's important to note that no one is immune to mundane issues with Microsoft and their sharing of information with the NSA has been widely reported.

Speed is great, uptime has been consistently great, email is reliable and support, if needed, is timely and efficient.
