CentralNic sees substantial growth in net revenue and EBITDA

CentralNic announced that it had achieved record gross revenue of almost USD 728 million for the entire year 2022 in its trading update.



The financial year's net revenue and Adjusted EBITDA are predicted to be at a minimum of USD 177 million and USD 85 million respectively, reflecting an increase of around 77%, 33%, and 84% compared to the previous year.

Organic growth for 2022 was roughly 60%, adjusted for mergers and acquisitions, and FX, with most of the company's expansion driven by the Online Marketing segment. Additionally, the company's board has undergone some modifications, with William Green joining as a member and Don Baladasan stepping down from the main board while remaining on the supervisory boards of CentralNic's subsidiaries.
