Brian Royce, CEO of Epik, has requested a dismissal of a lawsuit filed against him and the company regarding an alleged fraud case in a failed domain purchase.

In the legal complaint, customer Matthew Adkisson accused Epik and its former CEO Rob Monster of fraud and racketeering after he failed to receive ownership of the domain he paid $327,000 for through Epik's escrow service. However, Royce claims he should be taken off the list of defendants as he was not yet employed by Epik at the time of the deal.
Despite denying the allegations, Epik admits that Adkisson is still owed a refund. The majority shareholder of the company, Rob Monster, is yet to respond to the complaint.

It's unfortunate to hear about another lawsuit filed against a company, especially when it involves fraudulent acts towards a customer. It's important for companies to maintain transparency and integrity in their dealings to establish trust with their customers.
