Gandi, the French registrar, and Total Webhosting Solutions, the Dutch registrar holding group, have merged to create a new company called Your.Online. This merger brings together a million customers, €175 million ($183 million) in revenue, and 600 employees under one entity.

Your.Online will operate eight brands primarily focused on hosting services. While Gandi will continue to exist as an independent brand within the new corporate structure, the TWS brand seems to have been retired.
The financial details of this agreement between the two private companies have not been disclosed.
Stephan Ramoin, the founder of Gandi, will assume the role of non-executive chairman of the firm's advisory board within the newly formed group. Abe Bakker leads Your.Online as its head.
