The defendants are currently running a site offering paid content and NFTs relating to Limbaugh. The contractor had previously registered several domains while providing services to Limbaugh, but the estate claims that they improperly took control of these domains. Additionally, the lawsuit alleges that the defendants engaged in cybersquatting by registering domain names associated with Limbaugh.
The estate is seeking compensation for the unauthorized use of Limbaugh's name and likeness, trademark infringement, and false designation of origin.
