Title: Adding Ns5 and NS6 to Namesilo
Post by: GrahamJohn on Jul 06, 2023, 08:09 AM
Hello, I don't have any problems with any other registering service. However, when it comes to adding Ns5 and NS6 afternic, Namesilo requires NS1, NS2, NS3, and NS4. This is not an issue that I have encountered with other services.
Can you please assist me with this?

I'd recommend using a registrar that's more DNS-savvy, like GoDaddy or Namecheap. They typically don't have such restrictive DNS requirements. However, if you're stuck with Namesilo, you can try using a DNS proxy service like DNS Made Easy or Dyn DNS. They can act as a bridge between your Afternic nameservers (NS5 and NS6) and Namesilo's required NS1-NS4. Just keep in mind that this might add some latency to your DNS resolution.
