I have been encountering a problem with sav recently. The issue is as follows:

A few days ago, I listed my 3 .xyz domains on the sav marketplace using their nameservers. While the message for sale is appearing on my domains, no domain is showing in my sav account.

I am new to this, so I am a little confused as to why sav is not showing the domains in my account despite the message for sale appearing on my domains.

I have emailed them, but they are not responding. What is the solution to this problem?

What are your suggestions?

Firstly, let's revisit the process of listing your domains on the sav marketplace. Check if the nameservers for your domains were updated correctly to point to sav's platform. Verify with your domain registrar that the changes were successfully made and have propagated across the internet. Keep in mind that DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours, so it's possible that the domains haven't fully integrated with sav yet.

Next, confirm that your domains are unlocked and not undergoing any transfer or renewal processes. Domains in such states may not be available for sale on the marketplace. Ensure there are no hold-ups with the domains themselves that could prevent their visibility in your sav account.
Since you've already reached out to sav's support team without a response, consider contacting them through various channels, including social media, online forums, or community boards. Sometimes, engaging publicly can prompt a quicker response from the support team.

If you continue to face difficulties, it might be beneficial to contact your domain registrar as well. Inquire if there are any restrictions or issues related to pointing your domains to a third-party marketplace like sav. They can help verify the nameserver settings and offer insights into any potential issues.

In situations like these, patience and persistence are essential. Keep track of your communications and follow up regularly until the issue is resolved. I hope these detailed steps assist you in resolving the problem and getting your domains properly listed on the sav marketplace.
