It's been 8 days and there has been no response. Godaddy advertises itself as having the best support, so where is it?
To simplify the process for both parties, it would be beneficial to have an option to attach registrar screenshots directly in the contact form on Afternic, rather than having to send separate emails to their customer service team.
Additionally, by selecting the specific subject of "Domain already listed" under "Domain listing," it can ensure that the inquiry is routed to the appropriate support team member at Afternic.
