Title: Bodis Parking Advice
Post by: Сергей Нижегородцев on Jun 22, 2022, 10:48 AM
Hello everyone! I'm new to DNray and domain investment/parking. I've been working on improving my CTR on Bodis and optimizing revenue by experimenting with adjusting the master keywords and related searches.

However, I'm still unsure about how to identify the most effective related searches or keywords that will lead to conversions and clicks without getting rejected by Bodis. Currently, my CTR is ranging from 1-3%, but I would love to increase it to at least 10%. Any advice or guidance from experienced individuals in this field would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

To assist those who are new to domain parking, I'll provide a brief summary before getting right to the point. Bodis operates by displaying a few prominent links for users to click on when they land on your page. Clicking on any of these links brings up a list of advertisers. This setup ensures that irrelevant clicks do not waste advertiser's resources.

If a user doesn't find any relevant advertisers and doesn't end up clicking on any, Bodis records the keyword they entered on the first page as a 0 since no advertisers were clicked. If an advertiser is clicked on, Bodis marks the keyword with a 1. It is possible for one person to click on multiple advertisers, resulting in a single hit but multiple paid clicks.

If you're receiving clicks for the "books" keyword, then your domain likely falls into one of three categories: it was once an active website selling books, it is a typo or collecting a leak from a non-.com extension, or it's an exact match domain with typing traffic.

You can check which websites are sending you hits by looking at the referrers section in Bodis and selecting the URL option. If nothing shows up, then option 2 or 3 of the above is likely the reason.

The challenge arises when visitors come to your site and cannot find a relevant advertiser. Inevitably, they won't click. You need to know why people are visiting your site. If it was once a functioning bookstore, then go through archive.org and see what it was about. Check pages that link back to your domain to understand what people are expecting.

Once you have this data, you can suggest suitable keywords to Bodis. If they accept your suggestions, they might select better advertisers, leading to increased paid clicks. For instance, if you discover that your domain was primarily focused on business books and linking pages promote it as such, incorporating "business books" and associated advertisers could garner a high CTR.

My Bodis account was functioning normally for the past 12-15 days, but suddenly it was banned without any prior notice. I understand that if their system detects low-quality traffic, they may block the account right away.
However, during payment processing, they took away my entire monthly earnings. This leads me to believe that there is something amiss with their system, and they may be cheating users out of their hard-earned money while playing with their emotions at the same time.

When it comes to increasing your click-through rate (CTR) on domain parking platforms like Bodis, there are a few strategies you can consider. Here are some tips that may help:

1. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords in your domain's niche. Tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush can assist you in finding popular keywords with good search volume.

2. Relevance: Ensure that the related searches and keywords you choose are closely aligned with the theme or topic of your domain. This will increase the chances of attracting visitors who are interested in what your domain has to offer.

3. Experiment and Optimize: Continuously experiment with different related searches and keywords to find what works best for your specific domain. Test variations and monitor the impact on your CTR. Keep optimizing based on the data you collect to improve your results.

4. Avoid Generic Keywords: Be cautious about using generic or highly competitive keywords, as they may attract low-quality traffic or face rejection by parking platforms. Instead, focus on more specific and targeted keywords that align with your domain's content.

5. Unique Selling Proposition (USP): Highlight the unique aspects of your domain and craft compelling ad copy that distinguishes it from other domains in the same niche. This can help attract the attention of potential visitors and increase your CTR.

6. Monitor Performance: Regularly analyze the performance of your keywords and related searches. Identify which ones are generating clicks and conversions, and adjust your strategy accordingly. Remove underperforming keywords and focus on optimizing the ones that are driving results.
