Are there any issues with EasySpace? I am currently unable to transfer a domain.
Initially, I did not request for the removal of auto-update when I applied for Easyspace support. However, with previous email communication, I know that I have disabled this option. Despite my efforts, I was surprised to find that it had been automatically updated yet again.
As a result, I keep receiving monthly emails that go unnoticed, and I end up paying extra charges for the renewal - which should have occurred in November but took place in October instead. The response from customer support was prompt, but unfortunately unhelpful.
Therefore, it is important to always double-check your account settings to ensure that they have not been automatically changed without your knowledge. It is also advisable to check your renewal date at least a month before its scheduled payment date to avoid any unnecessary fees.
I strongly advise against using Easyspace for domain and mail services. Despite having purchased the domain mail 10 days ago, it is still in the process of being created. When I asked for a refund due to this unacceptable delay, I was told that it was impossible. On top of that, it turns out that the domain I had purchased from them was already registered elsewhere.
The customer support service I contacted twice made me wait on hold for 25 minutes each time, at my own expense, only to respond unhelpfully. They eventually referred me to another service, but their response time is up to 72 hours. Furthermore, there is no clear way to file a complaint against the company.
Unfortunately, I am unable to retrieve my payment for their services. Consequently, I would strongly suggest avoiding Easyspace and instead opt for more reliable registrars. Hopefully, my review can help others avoid similar issues.
