If you want to provide free hosting for sites, then everything is as usual, access to upload files to it in order to manage the site. To change it to your liking.
I know at least a few free hosts that have been in this market for a long time and are quite successful. And at the same time, the service of free hosting has been offered almost from the beginning of its existence. From which I made a simple logical conclusion long ago - it is beneficial for them. But!
