Further, - nothing. For 4 days no one gave me anything. Probably such a wonderful technical support that they do not know how to provide access to the account.

Thank you for providing the web service, which has had a positive impact on everyone. However, I have encountered some unnecessary security issues with my account. For instance, my account can be blocked automatically for minor reasons, which takes almost a week or more to resolve. This can negatively affect my business and may even lead to its closure.

To address this problem, I suggest providing 24/7 customer support. My biggest concern is that I use a URL shortening tool and work with medium-sized YouTubers, writers, and bloggers, which puts our relationship in jeopardy.

I believe that if the web service were improved, I would like it even more and would recommend it to everyone.
