QuadraNet, a major player in the hybrid IT industry, has recently acquired the commercial BlackMesh platform from Contegix, a hosting solution provider for Content Management Systems (CMS).

As part of this acquisition, QuadraNet has also gained Contegix's private cloud services and commercial CMS hosting customer base.
The team of experts from Contegix, who specialize in private cloud and CMS, will now join QuadraNet's workforce. They will provide round-the-clock support and incident response for enterprise-class customers.
With this acquisition, QuadraNet will expand its data center presence in St. Louis, MO, and Reston, VA, thereby increasing its number of data centers in the U.S. to 10.

Meanwhile, Contegix will continue to prioritize their provision of Atlassian solutions for commercial and federal markets, as well as their FedRAMP Managed Cloud services for multiple applications.
Brad Hokamp, CEO of Contegix, believes that QuadraNet will serve their commercial CMS and private cloud clients well. He also emphasizes Contegix's commitment to growing their leadership position as an Atlassian platinum partner and expanding their presence in the federal market.
The financing for this transaction was provided by VSS Capital Partners (VSS), with the specific terms of the deal remaining undisclosed. Contegix was advised by Layer 7 Capital throughout the course of the transaction.
