Can you recommend a free hosting service that supports php and mysql, but does not require phone confirmation?
000webhost doesn't provide this feature.

Before, I used to go for free web hosting too. However, after losing all the data that I had been working on for almost a year, and realizing that since I wasn't paying for the services, I wasn't entitled to anything in return, I decided to switch to well-web.net/hosting/. To my surprise, my websites turned out to be much better with this paid hosting option. Their technical support is top-notch, and they do their best to fulfill all requests.

They even provided an SSL certificate for the entire duration of use. After the transfer, the page speed rating rose to 93, and the site began to load instantly. Plus, with full administration on VPS, you have full control over everything. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend it to everyone. Currently, they are offering a promotion where you can get up to a year of hosting or VPS as a gift.
I received 6 months for free, so taking advantage of these offers can be a cost-effective option.

Instead of using the word "free", it's better to use "not for money". Make sure to read the terms of service carefully, as there may be a payment required for hosting, whether it's direct or indirect. If you don't want to pay but don't mind pre-installed banners or ads on the "not for money" hosting provided to you, then that's an option.

Ucoz has a large and persistent advertising block, but its million active sites and six years of operation prove that the quality, accessibility, and convenience outweigh the mandatory advertising. It's worth looking into free hosting services, as their quality is often comparable to paid ones. Some paid hosting sites may not work any better than free ones, and many sites on paid hosting extoll the virtues of paid hosting without acknowledging the merits of free hosting. Deciding whether to pay or not is up to each individual, and free services are a good option in many cases.

Many experts who complain only about paid hosting forgot where they started, as they may have begun with free hosting. There is a border between paid and free hosting, but it's a fluid one. There are over 70 free services available, and those that are more popular tend to show up higher in search engine citation indexes. The trend of worshipping foreign services is not always optimal or necessary, and statements that glorify everything foreign can be misleading.

Many foreign services may close your site at any time, and it's better to have knowledge and skills that enable you to design your own site. Templates, layouts, and stamps are everywhere and in everything, reducing the mass use of site designers.

Free hosting services that support PHP and MySQL can be a great option for personal projects, testing, or small-scale websites. While they may not offer the same level of performance, security, and customer support as paid hosting providers, they can still be quite useful.

Here are a few more popular free hosting services that support PHP and MySQL:

1. Byet.host: Offers free hosting with PHP, MySQL, and no ads. It also provides an easy-to-use control panel.
2. InfinityFree: Provides free hosting with support for PHP, MySQL, and no forced ads. It offers a user-friendly control panel and allows you to use your own domain name.
3. x10hosting: Offers free hosting with PHP, MySQL, and cPanel access. It also includes a website builder and the ability to use custom domain names.

Remember that these services may have some limitations, such as restricted server resources, limited storage space, or periodic downtime. It's always a good idea to thoroughly review their terms of service and consider your specific needs before choosing a free hosting provider.

Additionally, keep in mind that phone confirmation might be required by some hosting providers for security purposes or to prevent abuse. If phone confirmation is a concern for you, check the provider's dоcumentation or reach out to their support team to clarify whether it is mandatory.
