Epik's Lack of Response to My Withdrawal

Greetings,

It has been almost three weeks since I've been attempting to contact Epik regarding my funds, but they have not responded to any of my emails. Brian confirmed two weeks ago that the withdrawal would be processed, but still no response from anyone at the company.

Initially, Rob helped me contact Brian, but he then stated that he is unable to respond to my emails.

I had earned a mid three figure sum by selling domain names through their escrow service about two years ago, and all of my valuable domains are still there. Only last day, I updated and renewed some of them.

Is there anything I can do to claim my hard-earned money?

Have you been away? Many have been waiting for up to four months, so three weeks is not much. Nevertheless, I expect you will receive your payment before those with larger sums, as they have not been processed in chronological order. Assuming you have completed your identity verification for a small amount, you should receive payment at some point.

It can be frustrating to wait for payment, especially when there are delays of several months. However, it is important to follow the rules and complete any necessary verification steps to ensure that the payment is processed correctly. Hopefully, everyone who is waiting will receive their payments soon.

Given the situation, it's important to approach this issue with a well-structured plan of action. Firstly, I would recommend reaching out to Epik through various channels, not only relying on emails. Consider calling their support line, if available, or utilizing any live chat options on their website. By doing so, you'll increase the chances of getting a prompt response and attention from their customer support team.

In addition to direct communication, dоcumenting all the steps you've taken in attempting to resolve this issue is crucial. Keep a record of the dates and times of your attempts to contact Epik, as well as any responses or lack thereof. This will serve as valuable evidence should you need to escalate the matter further.

It's also worth exploring alternative methods of seeking resolution. Research industry forums, discussion boards, or social media groups where domain investors share their experiences. Often, public discussions can attract the attention of company representatives who monitor online conversations about their services.

If these efforts still do not yield results, consider seeking legal advice to explore your options for recovering your funds. While this might seem like a drastic step, having professional guidance can provide insight into potential avenues for recourse.
Patience and persistence are key in navigating issues of this nature. By methodically dоcumenting your interactions, exploring various communication channels, and seeking appropriate counsel if needed, you can work towards reclaiming the funds rightfully owed to you. Stay proactive and determined in your pursuit, and don't hesitate to seek support from relevant industry peers and professionals.
