Hey, there is a website that receives around 5000-9000 daily visitors. Over the course of a year, it managed to increase its traffic from 2200 to the current range, but for the past three months, it has remained stagnant.

New articles are published every day, with three articles per day consistently going up. Although it's ranking well and generating clicks, low to mid-range queries receive fewer clicks, and those with high frequency don't get to the top right away or at all.

I've never bought links before, but recently started revamping the homepage and categories.

Let's discuss what strategies work and don't work for promotion. Maybe we need to post lengthy articles or short, concise ones? Especially for an informational website where users crave every bit of information. I noticed that Google prefers longer texts and rewards them with more traffic.

I have a feeling that your website has several hundred or even over 10,000 pages. While quantity is important, I would recommend focusing on "quality" instead, in the form of keyword research.

For example, let's say you have 4-6 articles on refrigerators (such as defrosting and proper placement). You can create an article titled "How to Choose the Right Refrigerator for Your Home" and link it from those other articles with a direct and specific keyword.

By doing this, you could increase both website traffic and revenue due to better SEO. And, if necessary, consider buying links to those high-frequency pages.

It's difficult to determine a specific budget for website promotion. Generally, the more money you can allocate, the better websites you can afford to work with.

Personally, I prioritize website quality before considering price. If a website meets my standards and the cost is within budget, then I'll go for it. I believe in promoting white-hat sites for long-term success.

While some people find success in using private blog networks, I'm not a big fan. The last time I tried it was during the popularity of neolix.

In terms of where to purchase links, anything goes. However, be selective when using crowdsourcing or registration services like Quark, as there is often a lot of low-quality options to sift through. Consider using exchanges such as Miralinks and Collaborator. Additionally, making direct purchases can help save on costs.

Social media platforms provide an opportunity to promote new content and attract visitors to a website.
To maximize the benefits of social media posting, it's important to share only the title, cover, and teaser for news. The main content should be accessible only after the user clicks through to the news page.

Paid targeted advertising is an effective way to increase website traffic, especially if the ad is set up correctly and has high virality potential. This strategy can achieve excellent coverage and low cost per click.

It's recommended to have a presence on as many social media networks as possible, while also utilizing automated posting services to save time.

Effective promotion of a news portal requires both SEO optimization of the website itself and the content published there. Using additional promotion methods can significantly boost website traffic.

In general, the more monthly visitors a news website attracts, the greater the potential for earning revenue through advertising.

It's commendable that your website has seen substantial growth in traffic over the past year. However, the recent stagnation in traffic presents a new set of challenges that require a comprehensive approach to address.
Let's delve into the content strategy. While publishing three articles per day is impressive, it's crucial to ensure that the content maintains a high standard of quality and relevance. With the focus on an informational website, each article should aim to provide valuable, in-depth information that fulfills the user's intent. This might involve a mix of lengthy, comprehensive articles that delve deeply into a topic, as well as shorter, concise pieces that cater to users seeking quick answers.

From a search engine optimization perspective, longer articles often rank well due to their ability to comprehensively cover a topic and address a wide range of search queries. However, it's essential to prioritize value over length. Each article should aim to provide the most relevant and comprehensive information, ensuring that users find what they're looking for without unnecessary fluff.

In addition to content, the revamp of the homepage and categories presents an opportunity to enhance user experience and improve website navigation. Clear, intuitive navigation and well-organized categories can help users discover and engage with your content more effectively.

Now, let's address the issue of ranking and visibility. While organic growth is ideal, it's important to consider legitimate link-building strategies to enhance your website's authority and visibility. This may involve outreach to relevant websites for guest posting opportunities, creating shareable content that naturally attracts backlinks, and ensuring that your website is listed in relevant directories and industry-specific platforms.

Furthermore, a data-driven approach is crucial. Analyzing user behavior and engagement through tools like Google Analytics can offer valuable insights into which types of content resonate most with your audience. This information can inform future content strategies and help tailor the website's offerings to better meet user needs.
Social media can be a powerful tool for promoting your content and engaging with your audience. Crafting visually appealing snippets of your articles and engaging in meaningful conversations can drive traffic back to your website and potentially lead to increased backlinks from reputable sources.
