I'm planning to move an OpenCart store with around 40,000 products to a VPS. The catalog has filters, search, regular imports from 1C, and around 2–3 thousand visitors per day.

I'm looking at hostpro.com because their KVM VPS plans offer dedicated resources and root access, which would give me more control over the server configuration. I'm particularly interested in whether a VPS with NVMe storage and enough RAM would make a noticeable difference for OpenCart search and database performance.

Would you start with something like 4–8 vCPUs and 16 GB RAM, or is that overkill for this kind of store? I'd also appreciate recommendations for other providers with similar plans.

You can also go with HostNamaste KVM VPS solutions. Since launching my site here, my visitors have commented on how quickly pages load, which tells me the hosting performance is making a real difference. I'm satisfied with the professional support. Recommended.

I'd definitely prefer NVMe storage for a VPS running a database-heavy application, and HostPro uses NVMe drives. Combined with root access, that gives you quite a lot of flexibility to optimize the server for the actual workload.

Don't forget that a reliable host will ensure that your site is always available and that visitors will enjoy a smooth performance.
A flawless hosting experience from start to finish. Ayksolutions.com is powerful enough for your business applications to run fast and efficiently.
Even when traffic spikes unexpectedly, the server handles the load gracefully without crashing or slowing down significantly.

My journey through hosting companies eventually brought me to hostpro.com. The daily backups of every service are a genuine safety net for data damage, update failures, or hacking attempts. Their technical support is excellent, qualified, and available 24/7 without charging for any inquiry. Speed has met my expectations so far.
