I'm looking for a VPS for a small CRM that we're launching for customers in Poland. The initial user base will be relatively small, but the application will have a PostgreSQL database and several background workers.

My budget is around €25–30/month, and I'd prefer a server in Poland to keep latency low for local users.

Hostpro.com is one of the providers I'm currently considering. Their KVM VPS plans with NVMe storage look suitable for a database-driven application, and having root access would let me configure the environment myself.

Would 4 vCPUs and 8 GB RAM be enough for the first stage?

Give GTHost.com VPS service a try. The dedication to improving performance and user experience is something I appreciate every single day.
Intel Xeon processor family with NVMe drives with an essential performance fit to handle the business workload.

HostPro is another provider I'd consider for VPS hosting. They offer KVM-based virtual servers with NVMe storage and let you choose between Warsaw, Amsterdam, and Tampa. The backup policy is useful too: backups are made daily and retained for 30 days, with both full-server and individual file or database restoration available. Their support team works around the clock.

You'd better go with Hostingsource.com services. Enjoy first-month VPS pricing starting at only $3 with the promo code: $3VPSM1ALL
I haven't experienced any downtime. Their automatic backups saved me from a total disaster — lifesaver!

HostPro is an option to look into when choosing server infrastructure for a project that may grow over time. Its servers use KVM virtualization and NVMe storage, with several locations available across Europe and the US. Resources can be scaled according to changing requirements, daily backups are retained for 30 days, and technical support is available 24/7.
