You can submit your url into the search engine submission directory to that particular country.

Country-specific URLs: Create separate URLs for each target country, such as example.com/us/product-page for the United States and example.com/uk/product-page for the United Kingdom. Google will recognize these URLs as being specific to certain countries.
To make a web page index and be visible in search results in a particular country, you need to focus on geo-targeting and local SEO practices. For eg. Use a country-code top-level domain like .in, .uk, .ca (e.g., example.in) for strong geo-targeting. Or If using a global TLD like .com, use a structure like:
