Greetings everyone. I am currently using a machine that has 4 GB for $25. However, I have come across a problem where there are only 10 available client accounts. The project I am working on requires at least 20 (preferably 30) accounts with 5-10 GB of free disk space.

These accounts should be able to work with WHM/cPanel, have personal NS, provide about 50 GB of traffic (unlimited preferred), and should be equipped with Fantastico. Additionally, it would be great if the option to disable unnecessary statistics was available.
Please provide any offers that fall within the $30-40 price range.

I would recommend checking out the offers available on accuwebhosting.com, which provides a package costing $30 per month at an annual rate. The deal includes 30 cPanel accounts, a free SSL certificate, unlimited traffic, and various other freebies.
Another option that may be of interest is inmotionhosting.com, which costs $20 per month and includes 50 accounts.

You're looking for a scalable, feature-rich solution without breaking the bank. Here are three compelling offers that tick most of your boxes, all within your 30−40 budget.

Namecheap's cPanel Hosting (Prolonged)

Price: $29.88/year (billed annually)
Features:
30 accounts (you can create subdomains or addon domains to make up the difference)
50 GB of disk space per account (you can pool this, as it's not per account)
Unlimited bandwidth
WHM/cPanel support
Personal nameservers
Fantastico is not included, but you can use Softaculous as an alternative
You can disable unnecessary statistics using WHM's 'Service Manager'
Pros: Affordable, reliable, and user-friendly. Namecheap is known for its excellent support and easy-to-use interface.
Cons: No Fantastico, and you'll need to manage accounts manually to create the additional 10.

HostGator's Reseller Plan (Silver)

Price: $39.95/year (billed annually)
Features:
60 accounts (more than you need, and you can create sub-resellers to manage them)
60 GB of disk space (poolable)
Unlimited bandwidth
WHM/cPanel support
Personal nameservers
Fantastico is included
You can disable unnecessary statistics using WHM's 'Service Manager'
Pros: More accounts than you need, Fantastico included, and HostGator offers a user-friendly interface.
Cons: Slightly over your budget, and you might end up paying for more accounts than you need.

Bluehost's Reseller Plan (Basic)

Price: $34.99/year (billed annually)
Features:
100 accounts (plenty of room to grow)
100 GB of disk space (poolable)
Unlimited bandwidth
WHM/cPanel support
Personal nameservers
Fantastico is not included, but you can use Mojo Marketplace as an alternative
You can disable unnecessary statistics using WHM's 'Service Manager'
Pros: More accounts than you need, affordable, and Bluehost is known for its reliable performance.
Cons: No Fantastico, and you might need to manage accounts manually to create the additional 10.

Each of these options offers a compelling mix of features and affordability. However, if you're dead set on having Fantastico and a specific number of accounts, you might need to consider a custom solution or be prepared to pay a bit more.

Thank you for your recommendations. AccuWebHosting's offer of $30 per month for 30 cPanel accounts, free SSL, and unlimited traffic is quite attractive especially with its additional freebies. InMotion Hosting's $20 per month plan offering 50 accounts is also a strong contender with its competitive pricing. Both options provide great value depending on your hosting needs with AccuWebHosting offering more security features and InMotion Hosting giving more account flexibility.
