Hi!
I am searching for a reseller hosting provider that offers truly unlimited storage. I have about 200gb of client emails and the data continues to grow. Can you recommend any hosting company that can fulfill this requirement?
I have come across many firms that claim to offer unlimited storage, but in reality, email accounts are restricted to 10gp or 500000 nodes. Your support would be greatly appreciated!
To be honest, a dedicated server would be more suitable for your needs than a shared or reseller account.
In case you lack the expertise to manage a dedicated server, you have two options - either hire an administrator to manage it for you or purchase a managed dedicated server from a reliable provider.
However, if you go for a shared or reseller account, it is highly unlikely that any reputable hosting company could accommodate your 200GB of mail data.
It is impossible to locate something that does not exist. Therefore, I am assuming that anything you contemplate finding must be quite inexpensive, perhaps even priced lower than a cup of coffee.
For large web projects that are also growing over time, it is best to choose a dedicated server or a cloud server. I advise you to study the conditions from hosting GoDaddy and DreamHost. They provide services for both small projects and mail services. You may be able to find a suitable tariff plan here.
No one can offer you an absolutely infinite amount of free space, however, dedicate servers can provide you with space under 16 TB. Few? Then contact technical support and knock out individual conditions.
Here is a list of companies I trust:

It is worth remembering that servers with a large pocket cost from $150 per month.
Reseller servers won't accommodate limitless storage to your clients, you better create your own or pay for a dedicated server, also you'll need protect their data so i guess it's gonna be kinda expensive
For 10 years I have been using WD MyCloud EX2 - a network drive connected to the network at home. You put 2 identical disks and set up mirroring (if one fails, the copy will be on the second, it will automatically recover after replacing the disk). Access both from home and from the Internet (essentially the same cloud, only your own). Yes, it's expensive, but it pays off in the long run, plus the volumes depend only on how much money is not a pity for disks (I now have 2 such NAS, 20 TB in total - all archives from the early 2000s, current backups (including automatic backups of home computers once a month in case of system failure), synchronization with all the family's mobile phones (photos from phones immediately fly there), movies, mulitiki for viewing on TV, an ftp server so that photographers would take pictures of me from filming, etc. All settings are simple and pleasant to the eye - no need to poke around in the console or put linux there, as many do when buying more advanced NAS
Dropbox is considered the third most popular cloud storage service following Google Drive. Besides file storage, it provides real-time data synchronization among devices, a feature for transferring large files ranging from 2GB to 100GB (depending on the chosen plan), and numerous tools for collaborating on files. Even non-registered users can access the shared files. Storage options vary among plans, starting from 2 TB, 3 TB, 5 TB, up to unlimited storage on the most expensive tariff. There is no free space available, just a 14-day trial period.
Box, an American service for file storage and sharing, offers much more than just cloud storage. It also provides a tool for automating business processes, enabling users to assign tasks to a team, collaborate on files, assign roles to employees, and view statistics. It is a combination of a cloud storage and mini-CRM solution. The storage size ranges from 10 GB, 100 GB, and unlimited storage on some business plans. Users can try out the service for free with 10 GB of storage.
Google Drive is a cloud storage solution offered by Google. In addition to file storage, users can edit files, share access with colleagues to collaborate on dоcuments, tables, and presentations. It seamlessly integrates with other Google tools such as Calendar, Tasks, and Google Keep, making it one of the most popular services for working in the cloud. The storage capacity varies among plans: 15 GB, 100 GB, 200 GB, and 2 TB. It includes 15 GB of free storage for users.
Many hosting companies advertise "unlimited" storage, but as you've encountered, there are often hidden limitations that can hinder your specific use case of managing 200GB of client emails and accommodating ongoing data growth.
In light of this, it's essential to look for a hosting provider that offers transparent and genuinely unlimited storage for reseller hosting. One such provider is A2 Hosting, which stands out for its reseller hosting plans that allow you to allocate storage as needed without artificial limitations on email accounts or nodes. Their use of SSD storage further enhances performance and responsiveness, making it an ideal choice for managing large volumes of email data.
Additionally, SiteGround also offers reseller hosting plans with generous storage allocations and scalable resources to accommodate your growing email data. Their platform is recognized for its robust performance and security features, providing a dependable environment for managing substantial email storage requirements for your clients.
In evaluating different hosting providers, it's important to consider not only the advertised features but also the terms of service and acceptable use policies to ensure that your specific storage needs can be met without unexpected restrictions. Furthermore, assessing the provider's customer support and infrastructure reliability is crucial to ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your clients as you manage significant email data volumes.
Finding a hosting provider that can genuinely deliver unlimited storage for reseller hosting is pivotal in maintaining a reliable and scalable email hosting service for your clients. By conducting a thorough assessment of the features and limitations of various hosting providers, you can make an informed decision that aligns with your long-term email data management objectives.

"Unlimited" storage often hides limits. Here's the plan:
Look for reseller hosting with 1TB+ storage and high per-account email storage (25GB+).
Consider pay-as-you-go options if your data grows steadily.
Check out DreamHost, HostGator, and InMotion Hosting for generous storage plans.
Always read the fine print before signing up!
