An email arrived recently, informing me that I needed to update my "Website Security Basic" pack.
The strange thing is, I didn't even know my website had that feature! I purchased the hosting package four years ago and haven't given it much thought since. What's even more intriguing is that a few months ago, I installed a plugin for my site. At the time, support informed me that I didn't have a firewall in place.
This begs the question: what am I actually paying for?
