Can you recommend a VPS hosting provider that meets the following criteria:

2. Offers a configuration featuring 4 cores, 4GB RAM, and gigabit link for $5-7.
3. Includes DMCA protection (or equivalent in the EU), or at least does not suspend users after one copyright violation.
4. Has datacenter presence in Europe.
5. Provides free IPv6 connectivity.
6. Uses KVM virtualization software and allows uploading custom ISOs or deploying fresh OpenBSD or alpine-virt.
