I have to choose the best VPS and two hosts are in my mind: black.host and libertyvps.net, so what should I do?
Happy with Regvps.com private vps (https://regvps.com/private-vps/). Great host, haven't had any problems so far. I like the tech support, where you can talk to their support team on msn, but they aren't on 24/7 which would be better. I also like that you can host unlimited sites from the one account.
