Choosing a right VPS provider ... Should I buy a VPS from either inet.ws or libertyvps.net?

I can recommend you try to compare rates, features, compatibility, performance, and reliability.
I initially picked GTHost.com vps (https://gthost.com/virtual-private-servers/) for the pricing and package options and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide.
Network uptime is fantastic and the ability to upgrade and downgrade is a plus.

Check out VPS accounts from reliable hosting providers: qhoster.com and ownwebservers.com.
Very good servers, steady and fast, as well as a very pleasant support to work with - understanding experts that solve any issue in matter of minutes.

Why not give Profvds.com EU vps (https://profvds.com/) a try?

You'd better choose LibertyVPS.net Bitcoin VPS (https://libertyvps.net/windows-vps) solutions.
Uptime is very consistent and customer service interactions have been quick and professional.
