I need a server for OpenCart, with approximately 30,000–40,000 products and several thousand visitors per day.
I'm looking at 4–6 CPUs / 8–16 GB RAM / 100–150 GB NVMe.
I've seen some interesting options on hostpro.com, but I can't decide between 8 and 16 GB of RAM.
Anyone with experience running similar stores—what configuration would you choose right now?
I'd draw your attention to VPS accounts which justvps.pro (https://justvps.pro/) and 4goodhosting.com (https://4goodhosting.com/windows-vps-hosting) provide.
They are the best so far and I believe they are the best. Excellent customer support, reliable servers, fair prices, and all the features you will ever need.
I was comparing VPS services and HostPro (https://hostpro.com/linux-vps) stood out because the configurations are not limited to one resource level. It is possible to choose a suitable amount of CPU, RAM, and storage and move to a larger configuration when the project grows. NVMe storage, daily remote backups, 24/7 technical support, and Tampa, Warsaw, and Amsterdam locations are also available.

Having worked with numerous VPS providers across different projects, I can share that hostpro.com (https://hostpro.com/) has proven reliable for high-quality and fast performance in my own setups. Daily backups of all services are created there, allowing straightforward data restoration after damage, failed updates, or security incidents. The technical support team operates around the clock with qualified specialists who assist free of charge on any matter. This combination has helped maintain uptime and quick recovery without unnecessary complications.
For an online store, I recommend a managed VPS with NVMe SSD storage, at least 4 GB RAM, and scalable resources for fast performance and reliable uptime.
Choose a provider with regular backups, strong security, dedicated resources, and responsive technical support to keep your store running smoothly.

VPS accounts which justvps.pro (https://justvps.pro/) and operavps.com (https://operavps.com/vps-server/linux/) provide are worth trying.
Excellent. Great & kind Support, great service. Prices are low, there's nothing to complain of.
I was looking at VPS options (https://hostpro.com/linux-vps) from HostPro recently, and the NVMe storage caught my attention. For a project that relies heavily on databases and disk operations, I'd rather have NVMe than older SATA-based storage.
