Accounts from datapacket.net and libertyvps.net are woerth trying due to their top-notch services.
In my experience, the service I have received, including support, has been nothing short of excellent.

Try narrowing your list of options by looking at the cheapest web host package that can meet your needs at the same time. Do not compromise what had been planned about for the web site just to meet the level of what can just be offered with the cheap web hosting package.

Give Hostnamaste openvz vps hosting (https://www.hostnamaste.com/openvz-vps.php) a try. Support is satisfactory to the customers and techs is really knowledgeable. Overall, a best host is that which makes less head aches for their customers. Try this one: OpenVZ-4096 at $19.99/Mo - 3xCPUs, RAM 4GB, 100GB Storage, 4TB Bandwidth, SolusVM VPS Panel.

As a hosting client, saving one or two dollars per month is not worth the loss of a few hundred or a few thousand dollars when your site goes down.

It has been more than a year since I have been with Regvps.com Linux vps (https://regvps.com/linux-vps/) and I can definitely say that they are the most professional, understanding and hard-working host I've ever come across from my years of experience developing websites.
