QHoster.com and black.host plans are worth trying due to their top-notch services with high uptime and quality support.
The technical support at them is always great. Their prices are on the high end for the overall service, however.
For a truly reliable VPS, look into digitalocean.com or linode.com. They offer better uptime and API integrations than kvchosting.net and legionbox.com. Their server locations are also more diverse.
But if you're dead set on these two, at least go for legionbox.com; kvchosting.net is like a shared hosting masquerading as a VPS.
