Never ever had any downtime that I could dоcument. Neironvps.com provides great ssd vps (https://neironvps.com/ssdvps.html) hosting service!
Their package prices also amazed me. They are worth every penny. I recommend them if you care about your online presence.

Use a VPS from right hosting providers: legionbox.com and rockhoster.com.
Good pricing, good customer support, and all the tools you need what more could you need. Highly recommend to try them out..

From my experience with Profvds.com, I can honestly and easily recommend their EU vps (https://profvds.com/) as the host for your web site and email service.
The package I use is perfect for me, the pricing is very reasonable and the payment plan fits my needs wonderfully.

Check out VPS accounts from decent hosting providers: coinshosting.com (https://www.coinshosting.com/index.php?rp=/store/vps-kvm-windows-rdp-server) (COINSHOSTING : -50% OFF) and owned-networks.net (https://www.owned-networks.net/virtual.html).
Their prices are unbelievably low taking into account the amount of resources included in their plans  and having deals with them means your business is in the firm hands.

Is the support center outsourced? Where is it located?

If you make GTHost.com your choice for Looking Glass (https://gthost.com/looking-glass/) hosting you have made a great choice as I did.
A lot of features, and you have control a lot of control. Never seen my site down. I wish there was some better dоcumentation for some things but I cant complain.
