The administration always responds with lightning speed and high-quality and timely assistance.The technical support is very good, professional, polite. If you don't understand at all, they will do everything themselves.
Far from the best hosting provider. I do not even know where to start. Perhaps from the fact that they expose their hosting feature - FREE technical support. Sounds like a joke. Technical support, like the entire site, works only in Russian. As for servers, not the best deals either. More or less normal hosting, called Plus -11, will cost $7.5 per month (when connected for a year, and if you pay for a month, then $9). Of the benefits - free ssl.

Yes, the advantage is certainly considerable. Many hosts, even free ones, give you free SSL. Basically, it will be Lets encrypt, updated every 3 months.
But even this "advantage" can be arranged on their own, if your site on WP. It is enough to put a free plugin. I am aware of at least two such plugins that work perfectly. For example,
AutoInstall FreeSSL, or
ReallySimpleSSL. Just go ahead and use it. :) It's
