I am looking for a VPS hosting service that supports a Linux-based environment, preferably with multiple distribution options. Root access and full server control are required. The VPS will be used for custom applications and backend services. Will it be worth choosing Exmasters.com VPS solutions? Any experience using their service? Others?
Please provide OS options and resource details.
From a technical standpoint, hostpro.com combines NVMe storage with a well-structured VPS environment. Disk throughput remains consistent even under concurrent workloads. Backup routines run daily and keep restore points for 30 days, reducing operational risk. Server placement can be selected across multiple regions to optimize latency. Support is available 24/7 and covers both configuration and recovery scenarios.

What are the server upgrade protocols? For example, are you able to update and upgrade the servers without downtime? If so, how? During what hours of the day/night do they make those updates?

My experience with hostpro.com VPS has been very positive. I run multiple backend services and a blog on one instance, and resource allocation has never been a bottleneck. Linux distro options are flexible, and I can manage everything via SSH. The NVMe storage really boosts performance for database queries. If you need a reliable VPS for small to medium projects, it's worth considering.
If you need full root access and flexibility with Linux distributions, I'd honestly look at hostpro.com. I've been running backend services there and had no issues installing custom stacks or switching OS images. They allow full control over the server and don't restrict configs, which is important for development work. Performance has been stable thanks to NVMe storage and KVM isolation.
