In my opinion, the easiest way to add reviews to your site is to install a third-party widget there (for example: https://elfsight.com/).
All you need is to create a widget on the developer's site, customize its design and save the result. Then copy the widget code you just modified and embed it on the website.
In general, it can be just your future (blank) page with reviews - so even a person with the most general knowledge of HTML can add such code  .
